My husband and I are celebrating my 40th birthday in Boston this week. I’m also a life long lover of Audrey Hepburn and had never been inside a Tiffany & Co. He took me in as a surprise (no apt. Spure of the moment as we were walking by) we had the best experience thanks to Jeanne, she was so down to earth and so knowledgeable, not just about helping me choose the perfect piece to commemorate the moment, but she also gave us great advice about the area. Thank you for being great Jeanne!

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at the Tiffany & Co. boutique on Newbury Street. The store is bright, elegant, welcoming, and always beautifully stocked with a great selection of pieces.
A special thank you to Fern Hardy, whose exceptional service keeps me coming back. Whether I’m exploring a new piece or stopping by for service, she is consistently knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her clients. Her recommendations are always thoughtful and perfectly suited to my taste.
What truly sets Fern apart is the way she makes each visit feel special, not just for me but also for my four-year-old daughter, who is always greeted so warmly. Those thoughtful touches make us both look forward to every visit.
If you’re visiting the Newbury Street boutique, I highly recommend asking for Fern. She truly embodies the level of service Tiffany & Co. is known for.

My fiance and I made an appointment at Tiffany for our first ring shopping appointment and had a horrible experience.
We made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. We were running a couple minutes late, so I called Tiffany and they acknowledged our appointment and said that it was totally okay if we were late.
However, once we got to the store, we were completely ignored. We were told they never received our appointment. I had checked multiple times we booked the right location, and had called the Newbury location. Considering I was on the phone chatting about my appointment minutes prior, I do not know how this was possible. From there, we waited 20 mins for the next available staff.
Once our appointment started, we mentioned that it was our first appointment and didn't know much about rings. All the staff member said was "what questions do you have?". There was no structure or guidance from the staff member for what to look for. All she did was offer to let us try us on rings, and seemed incredibly dismissive of us the entire time. We watched her be extremely friendly to her previous customer so I can only assume she was cold towards us because we weren't a scheduled appointment for her (even though we made an appointment).
We have since purchased our ring. We had engagement appointments at Brilliant Earth, Vrai, and other places on Newbury and our experience at Tiffany was by far the worst. In other places, we made appointments and were welcomed on schedule. We were guided through the 4 C's and received advice from the staff. For such an expensive purchase, I'm truly disappointed in how we were treated here. I would advise anyone against shopping at this Tiffany location.

We made a day out of coming into Boston and walking around with our 15 and 19 year olds, we played tourists for the day, joined a trolley tour and popped into Tiffany’s. Cheryl was an absolute sweetheart talking us through the store and graciously helping my daughter try on pieces just for the experience. If you are looking to purchase something special for yourself, loved ones or friends- go and ask for Cheryl. She’s fantastic!
