  Elios and Paola did an amazing job helping us! I got new lenses and we were struggling to get them into the frames, but Elios went above and beyond to make sure to get them in, even running down to LensCrafters down the street to make it happen. Both Elios and Paola provided incredible customer service to us, and I highly recommend this location on Newbury Street to anyone, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Elios and Paola!

  The service at Sunglasses Hut on Newbury St. in Boston was outstanding! Not only were Lisa and Paola extremely patient while I made a decision on the purchase of my sunglasses, but they later went over and above to help my husband figure out how to get the sunglasses he wanted delivered to our hotel during our honeymoon so he had them to wear during our vacation. It was an great experience!

  I was visiting Boston and ended up buying a pair of sunglasses thanks to the excellent service from Paola, the manager, and her amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store!

  I had an excellent experience at Sunglass Hut on Newbury Street in Boston. I came in with my wife to buy a pair of sunglasses for her birthday, and Paola was incredibly sweet and professional. She helped me find the perfect pair for her, and I also ended up purchasing another pair for myself since there was a great promotion that I took advantage of. Thank you so much for your help, Paola. I will definitely come back to shop here again. Great experience overall, thank you!

  I had a great experience with Sunglass Hut! I originally purchased my sunglasses at the Saugus location on Saturday, but when I noticed a small issue with them, I went back on the next weekend on Saturday only to find out the store had closed. I called the Newbury Street location in Boston, and Elias was incredibly kind and helpful. He told me to come in, took a close look at my sunglasses, and immediately replaced them with a new pair. The issue was something that could have easily gone unnoticed, but he made sure everything was perfect. I also want to recognize John from the Saugus store, who was very friendly and provided excellent customer service when I made my original purchase. Both Elias and John were professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Thank you both for the outstanding service—I truly appreciate it!
