I purchased a pair of sunglasses that unfortunately developed a manufacturer defect, and the store manager, Andrew (“Drew”), went above and beyond to help me. Drew was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. He took the time to understand the situation and made the exchange process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare these days to find someone who cares so much about providing excellent service. Because of Drew’s kindness and willingness to help, what could have been a disappointing experience turned into an exceptional one. Thank you, Drew, for your outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great customer experience.
