  The way that Rayban online and store are not connected is ridiculous. Why have a physicial store if your display glasses are the only ones you have, are scratched, and then when you wanna make an online exchange they are incapable of doing it because their systems dont work that way. Low quality glasses for prices, it was a gift so I was trying to honor the gift giver but not worth jt.

  Went to check out glasses specifically to ensure fit, they were closed around 1pm and I figured they were at lunch but I walked around and waited for someone to return, still no show around 3pm. I went to the store next door to asked if it was closed down. What a waste of time. At least put a sign up of when you intend to return or if you’re closed for the day. Called later in the day to see if they were there if they were open so I can circle back before I left the area and their mailbox was full.

  This is the third time in 3 weeks that I’ve tried to visit and the store has been closed during business hours. I visited once at 7pm on a weekend, once on a weekday just after 5pm and again today at 3:30pm. It says they were open each time. It’s such a slap in the face to your customers. It is so easy to update this info online, it takes less than a minute. This store and Ray Ban as a whole should be embarrassed.

  This store has a great selection of both regular eyeglasses and sunglasses. There are many styles to choose from, and the overall selection is impressive. The only downside is that you cannot order prescription sunglasses in the store. Unfortunately, this has to be done through their website, which is less convenient. It would be great if this service were also available in-store. Overall, it’s still a good place with an excellent selection of eyewear.
