I arrived at 12:20 PM, but the store was closed. It was listed as open online and on Google, yet the doors were locked and no staff were present.
Worst customer service. Went to the store around 6:30pm/7pm on May 5th to buy a birthday gift. Walked in, no greeting. Asked the guy one question, he barely answered me. Left and went to SunglassHut where I got the best customer service and spent $400 on new sunglasses for my husband.

Amazing customer service. We came with no idea what we wanted and Jechan was very helpful , super friendly. Dis everything to support our purchase. I will definitely recommend buying in this store.

I would not recommend purchasing Meta glasses from Rayban. If the product turns out to be defective, the return process is extremely difficult due to poor customer service. There is no effective phone support—only online chat, which has been unhelpful in my experience. I’ve since moved on to Oakley, way more attentive to my needs.

Jechua was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect pair of sunglasses for us. He made the whole experience easy and relaxed, no pressure at all, just a super chill and friendly vibe. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and honest about what looked best, which we really appreciated. Definitely worth stopping in!
