She made sure I got the right size, even suggesting I try one smaller and informing me that the jeans can stretch half a size. Shout out Kaya, you are such a lovely person! Also, make sure you bring an old pair of jeans to donate, that will get you twenty five dollars off your new pair!
- TJT J3 days ago5.0Cat is an absolute legend! She spent over an hour helping my sisters and me find the perfect jeans. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, spot on advice. This was the most fun I’ve ever had shopping for clothing, and I won’t hesitate to make a trip back next time I’m in Boston!

Literally pulled the curtain back and stuck her head in. Nobody was there when we were looking to use the changing room so we assumed as all the curtains were open we could just go in. Evidently not.

The staff was really helpful and kind but one particular member at check out really screwed me over when applying a discount to an item and was pretty cold/rude about it - I had to ask her to give me my gift card back which she should have done anyway without me asking. It was like she was doubting that the card was real or something which felt really terrible. Other than that this store has a great sale and general collection.
