The staff was really helpful and kind but one particular member at check out really screwed me over when applying a discount to an item and was pretty cold/rude about it - I had to ask her to give me my gift card back which she should have done anyway without me asking. It was like she was doubting that the card was real or something which felt really terrible. Other than that this store has a great sale and general collection.

She took the time to learn each of our styles then selected pieces that worked for us! Definitely reccommend for all sorts of people even those who struggle with shopping experiences.
