- NKNatalie KruzzSep 7, 20265.0I went to a lululemon Summer Series pilates class at this location and it was fantastic.
- APAbbi PSep 2, 20265.0While I didn’t buy anything today, I was very impressed with the level of service and care that I received from Sarah. She made me feel welcome, and knew all of the specific material blends of the products I was interested in. I will definitely be returning!!!
- JAJason A.Jul 23, 20265.0I had an outstanding experience at the Lululemon Seaport location, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sarina. She was absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. I had a fairly complicated visit that included a large return, placing an online order from a cart I had already built in the app, and checking out with multiple gift cards from work. Sarina handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. She also took the time to show me a few new products that she thought would fit my style based on what I already had in my cart, and her recommendations were spot on. On top of that, she helped convert my work gift cards into Lululemon gift cards, making what could have been a frustrating checkout process feel completely seamless. It’s rare to receive customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, but Sarina made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Because of her, I’ll definitely be making the Seaport location my go-to Lululemon store. Thank you again, Sarina, for going above and beyond—you were amazing, and I truly appreciate all of your help!
