  I had an outstanding experience at the Lululemon Seaport location, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sarina. She was absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. I had a fairly complicated visit that included a large return, placing an online order from a cart I had already built in the app, and checking out with multiple gift cards from work. Sarina handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. She also took the time to show me a few new products that she thought would fit my style based on what I already had in my cart, and her recommendations were spot on. On top of that, she helped convert my work gift cards into Lululemon gift cards, making what could have been a frustrating checkout process feel completely seamless. It’s rare to receive customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, but Sarina made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Because of her, I’ll definitely be making the Seaport location my go-to Lululemon store. Thank you again, Sarina, for going above and beyond—you were amazing, and I truly appreciate all of your help!

  Sydney’s customer service was EXCELLENT!!! She was so helpful, kind, and engaging. Y’all have a good one there! I will specifically go back to this store in the future because it was the best customer service I’ve received in Boston! Go girl :).

  I had such an incredible experience at the Lululemon Seaport Boston. It was my first time ever purchasing a pair of their legging’s after a significant weight loss, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the brand. The store manager, Breegan Houlihan, was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. She took the time to help me find the right fit and made the entire experience feel really personal and special. What truly blew me away was her generosity—she gifted me the leggings and a matching bra as a congratulations on my weight loss and as a way to celebrate my first purchase. I was completely surprised and so touched by this gesture. This wasn’t just great customer service—it was a meaningful experience I’ll never forget. Thank you for making me feel confident, celebrated, and valued. I will absolutely be back!
