  LL Bean has the best clothes for me to buy because I am Petite in size. They are very nice to me and helpful.

  Stopped into the Seaport location to grab a pair of Bean Boots and left reminded why L.L.Bean has the reputation it does. Shoutout to the sales associate who helped me, it was a guy and I can’t remember his name, but he was awesome. He took the time to explain that Bean Boot sizing runs differently than most footwear and walked me through how they’re supposed to fit. That alone probably saved me from buying the wrong size. He also clearly explained the warranty, up to a year on the boots, which shows they stand behind their product. The boots feel built to last. Classic brown leather upper, rubber lower, sturdy sole with real traction. They look sharp enough for the city but tough enough for a New England winter.
