Snagged these with a 10 bucks off purchase! Extremely happy! The customer service representative waiting on us just did not listen or want to be working! We had to repeat ourselves 5 times before he got the size right! And he never answered us at the register when we asked him questions! Just plain ignored all his customers. But the store is clean and the products are awesome! Will return to purchase winter coat soon.

Great service, but limited availability. They don't have school backpacks here.
