  the employees are rude, annoyed, and unhelpful. they were also talking bad about another patron when i had walked in.

  The brunette girl at the front is very unwelcoming and has an attitude. If she doesn't want to be there no one is forcing her. I don't recommend anyone to even bother walking in if you are expecting guidance and an engaging friendly approach especially if you never shopped before and are curious to get to know the brand.

  Had a great experience on my first visit to Boston. I needed to buy some gifts and lingerie for me, so it was my first time at the store and an employee assisted me with excelence since the beginning of customer service. Pamella was incredibly professional and helpful, even though she was alone and had other clients to attend to, she was attentive to everything I was very impressed. Also finding the right size for me even before measure me was amazing, because how did she know it? Its a talent! Everything fitted like a glove, I do recommend this brand. Thankyou!

  Don’t even think of going here if you need anything higher than a b cup. Also, expect to encounter ignorant employees who will make you feel like you’re too stupid to know your size. An employee glanced at me in sweater and baggy raincoat and tried to convince me they would have bras that fit me even though I’ve been wearing my correct size for years. She also thought she could prove me wrong by measuring me. Just…don’t ever come here if you respect yourself. The store and its employees are a joke.
