- NBNauka BarotMay 27, 20261.0OB’s behavior was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and came across as outright racist from the second I walked in. There was no greeting, no manners, no professionalism — not even a simple “hello,” “please,” or “thank you.” Instead of doing his job properly, he arrogantly told me that I needed to tell him how many rewards I had and whether I wanted to redeem them myself. I had $10 rewards available, and he never even had the decency to ask if I wanted to use them. The entire interaction felt hostile, degrading, and intentionally disrespectful. No customer should ever be treated this way. Employees like this completely ruin the customer experience and should seriously be held accountable for their behavior. OB was really terrible!!!!

Could have been polite and told that it can’t be returned but the manager guy was so rude and had the audacity to say things like “This is Boston. We’re strict! You must have gone dancing with them!” I just didn’t like the attitude of that man. I don’t know what he thinks of himself. But it’s basic courtesy to treat your customers well and I didn’t see that there. I don’t understand why be rude! Horrible experience! Will never visit
