  I went in wanting to buy a small pink lady Dior. There were literally 5 sale associates just standing looking at their phones. No greeting, no offer to help to find what I need. Just disdainful glances at me and my friends. My friends and I felt very uncomfortable. We left literally not even 7 minutes in because of how awkward and uncomfortable we were of how they were looking at us. For a high class, high end place where thousands of dollars are spent on a purse, I expected better treatment for me to spend money there. love their purses, but would not buy it from this store because of the poor attitude and service to their customers.

  Visited in Sep 2026 with my friends. Walking into this boutique felt less like entering a heritage luxury house and more like trespassing on a teenager’s group chat. Five separate sales associates were stationed on the floor, yet not one could be bothered to tear their eyes away from their glowing phone screens to offer a basic greeting. For a brand selling exquisite fine jewelry and designer accessories, delivering the most breathtakingly apathetic, non-customer-centric service I’ve ever witnessed is a spectacular failure. It takes a remarkable lack of awareness to make a luxury shopping experience feel this cheap. Don’t waste your time coming here.

  I literally just got out of that store and was not greeted or even asked if I needed help. Just completely ignored the entire time I was in there. Was planning on buying a bag but the lady who made eye contact with me 3 times refused to talk to me.

  I have been lucky enough to shop in Dior Boston as well in France. I love Dior as a fashion house and I have had positive experiences in both locations. The store manger was very helpful when exchanging my lilac lady d joy to a lilac lady Dior ABC. Overall the main difference that I noticed was over in Europe they team sell more vs in this location it’s more of a one on one experience. Even though I was assigned Jorge as my sales associate the other sales associate are helpful as soon as you tell them what you are interested in. I do have multiple items on my wishlist and look forward to purchasing more.
