  Brought my jewelry to get cleaned, during this, I was discussing different pieces (pendants) with Caleb and he was excellent and informative. Felt welcoming and had a great shopping experience.

  went in today 08/09/2026 (4:20-4:40pm ish) and was looking for a bracelet. everything was amazing and perfectly fine, shoutout to the two guys that were working, my SA Caleb W and the other male SA in which i have also bought something from at DY a diff time. while Caleb was wrapping up my bracelet, there were two ladies, one with gucci sneakers on and the other one that is blonde and has a middle part and was on the younger side both went to the corner of the store, clearly was staring at my boyfriend and i and seemed to be talking about us… they were looking right at us and talking, i just happened to see them do that. after they were done talking (obviously felt like they were talking about my bf and i), the blonde one walked behind the counter, stared me dead in the face and gave me a fake smile while the other went behind us. literally what did my bf and i do to make them do this… is it because we look young? well guess what!!! we are young, and young people can afford things from DY too! 😱 the MEN at DY are so much nicer than the girls!!! nothing wrong at all with my experience getting my bracelet, it was just that interaction i witnessed with those two girls… and yes girls because real women wouldn’t be doing shit like that.. this isn’t high school.. #embarassing. those two girls definitely judge a book by its cover… it was just those two girls that seemed so mean! the other women in the store were so nice. if yall ever go to DY at copley, watch out for these two. try to get one of the guy SAs instead. and if those two girls are reading this, yall should not be working in luxury services like this … hmm wait i have an idea! work at mcdonald’s!! u can give all the attitude and judge all you want 🥰 if the manager is seeing this, those girls gotta get checked… this is the type of reputation yall wanna have?… yikes.

  Came in today because a co-worker recommended me this jewellery spot. John was super helpful in helping me find a lot of great pieces, not just random ones but ones that go well with my current bracelets! Can't wait to come back in and work with him

  Large selection of fantastic David Yurman pieces. The customer service from Maggie was exceptional. I was in a haste with time and she managed to help me with a new purchase, send out a repair, then steam clean my necklace and a new bracelet. Miss Maggie was very patient and attentive to detail. Highly recommend a visit to this location.

  My first time visiting the flagship. John was fantastic, walked us through the entire store and was very attentive and kind the entire time; giving styling advice and pulling pieces he thought would suit us. As someone who works in luxury, I thought he was absolutely fantastic and raises the bar for everyone else. I had never purchased from DY before but became a fan after my time with him, he truly made the experience!
