  I read the negative reviews here and almost went elsewhere, but Saks didn’t have my size, so I decided to give this store a try and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Sam; and I felt genuinely well taken care of by the sales associates while buying my first pair of ‘big girl’ heels. I also learned that the sales team is new, so the older reviews don’t reflect what the store is like now. Highly recommend the store and the shoes.

  Took my girlfriend recently for a surprise pair as a gift, booked an appointment online just as a precaution but it ended up not being needed as there was only one other person shopping in the store. The two sales associates were incredibly friendly and personable- Matthew is ultimately the person who helped her select the pair I bought!

  Just wanted to try on some heels. The staff had absolutely no interest in dealing with me. I said this is not my size and they didn’t care. I had to ask them a second time to bring my size. I don’t know why they had this unnecessary attitude?!

  Worst service ever like wow they have an attitude above any other and if there was an option to give zero star I would definitely choose that, I’m going to the store and the way they ignore you makes you feel like never going to the store ever again

  I usually don’t leave reviews. But this experience was so poor, I felt it would be helpful for people considering shopping here. I have been to multiple Christian Louboutin stores across the world. This location is a genuine insult to the brand. When I arrived I interrupted the sales associates speaking poorly about previous customers trying on too many pairs of shoes, to only purchase one. That left a bad taste in my mouth, but I was already there so decided to give them a try. After looking around for 10 minutes I still hadn’t been approached by an SA. I went to go ask for help, and was spoken to vindictively and in a rude tone. They acted like they were doing me a huge favor when I asked to try the shoes I was interested in. The man helping me acted like he was doing me a big favor by doing his job. He was dismissive, and rude throughout my time shopping there. The employees made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided not to purchase the shoes I liked and took my business elsewhere. Afterwards, I went over to Saks, which is just a couple doors down and had a phenomenal experience. SAs were really kind and attentive. I ended up purchasing a couple pairs from them instead. Based on other reviews this incident doesn’t seem to be isolated. Extremely disappointed in the way this location treats their customers, and will definitely not be returning. Either management needs to be changed, or the SAs.
