  I usually don’t leave reviews. But this experience was so poor, I felt it would be helpful for people considering shopping here. I have been to multiple Christian Louboutin stores across the world. This location is a genuine insult to the brand. When I arrived I interrupted the sales associates speaking poorly about previous customers trying on too many pairs of shoes, to only purchase one. That left a bad taste in my mouth, but I was already there so decided to give them a try. After looking around for 10 minutes I still hadn’t been approached by an SA. I went to go ask for help, and was spoken to vindictively and in a rude tone. They acted like they were doing me a huge favor when I asked to try the shoes I was interested in. The man helping me acted like he was doing me a big favor by doing his job. He was dismissive, and rude throughout my time shopping there. The employees made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided not to purchase the shoes I liked and took my business elsewhere. Afterwards, I went over to Saks, which is just a couple doors down and had a phenomenal experience. SAs were really kind and attentive. I ended up purchasing a couple pairs from them instead. Based on other reviews this incident doesn’t seem to be isolated. Extremely disappointed in the way this location treats their customers, and will definitely not be returning. Either management needs to be changed, or the SAs.

  I have shopped at this location a few times now with each visit luckily being with the help and guidance of Jewely. She is kind,professional and knows what she is talking about. A lot of times shopping in luxury stores the staff can unfortunately seem “stuffy” but I’ve never experienced that at this location! I would highly recommend her and everyone else I’ve encountered to anyone :)

  Ordered a pair of so Kate’s a week ago with next day air, never received a confirmation so after 5 days I got a hold of an agent who said they were back ordered and that the order would be canceled and I’d get a refund and free next day air if I wanted another pair, I selected an alternative pair and instead of applying the 1400 I already paid they said I’d have to pay again, I said just cancel it then and was immediately hung up on. What an awful business I would never for my business again.
