  I purchased glasses and shoes, and Sam helped me with the shoe order. He was very quick, responsible, and provided excellent service. Thank you, Sam. I give 5 stars only for Sam and his help. However, I do have a concern about Chanel’s return policy. The 15 day return window, including shipping time, is quite limiting. The shoes did not fit me, and I needed to return them on a day when Sam was off. When I did not receive a response, I started to worry. The next day, he informed me that it was his day off, which made the process stressful. I kindly suggest reconsidering the return policy to allow more flexibility. I would like to purchase another pair, but I am hesitant because of the current return policy. Thank you again, Sam, for your excellent service.

  Very disappointing experience at the Chanel store in Boston, especially for my first time shopping with Chanel. The sales associate was dismissive, lacked product knowledge, and seemed bothered that we were there even after we made it clear we were ready to purchase. She incorrectly said an item didn’t exist, rushed the process, and did a poor color match by layering multiple shades without letting me properly check them. When I said the shade was too dark, she kept insisting it was “my color” in a pushy tone. The entire time I was uncomfortable, like she didn’t want to assist us. We left without buying anything. Definitely not the experience I expected from Chanel.

  Not a great experience. The SA I initially spoke to had a rude attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I was looking for recommendations but instead felt like I was being brushed off. I was eventually transferred to another SA who was much more helpful, but the first interaction really ruined the overall experience. It’s disappointing to encounter this level of service at Chanel, where a higher standard is expected

  Hate this store. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I brought in a knit tank I recently purchased from this store to match the cardigan I bought at Bergdorfs. I needed the straps taken up 1/4 of an inch. They said 12 weeks! Give me a break! There is always room to bend if they wanted to. I’ve been a Chanel client for years buying leather goods. Just now dipping into the knits. I will never buy apparel from this store. Buy your Chanel at Bergdorfs or any other boutique than here. Can’t believe that they are okay letting customers walk out unhappy with their service. Proves that they don’t really care.
