  Akim was really helpful in choosing a winter jacket for me. He was also a great help when I came back in to exchange my Wyndham jacket for a smaller size. Overall a great experience.

  Big thank you to Rakeem, who went above and beyond to get the very last pair of Glacier shoes available in my size (in the whole USA, according to the website) from the Boston store to my apartment in NYC.

  Be Careful... sent a brand new jacket in for repairs from a significant manufacturers defect after wearing it only twice. When the jacket was returned it had been infected with moths and ultimately damaged. I know 100% its from their facility b/c it was sealed air tight in palstic. Canada Goose took no responsiblity for it, and so a $2400 jacket ruined due to their negligence. I think you're a better off spending a little more and going to Moncler.
