  Walked in This past weekend Wanting to buy a tudor. Went to the store, saw the watch on display and was waiting to chat with an Associate for about 20 minutes. After that I flagged someone who said they would come by in a bit and then waited another 10 minutes but didn't see anyone available. Instead there was an associate who was speaking with what seemed like her friends and when I went over to ask for help, she said there was a wait list. Looks like they're so used to hearing people asking for Rolexes they automatically say the word weightless without lisgrning to them. Will not be returning to this store

  Darin was amazing. I wanted to buy my son a watch since he is attending University in Boston and Darin made sure to make our experience very memorable. Even though it was the first time we met there was an instant connection. It felt like we were buying from family. She was very attentive and welcoming. Thank you once again and looking forward to getting something for myself to. God Bless.

  Amazing experience! If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury watch, this is the place to go. The selection is excellent, and the service was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable, specifically Lea professional, patient, and truly passionate about watches. They took the time to help me find the perfect timepiece without ever making me feel pressured. A truly memorable luxury experience I highly recommend this boutique!

  I came all the way from New York to Boston, and Rim made my experience at Rolex truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine interest. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure to show me different models and options. What I especially appreciated was her personal attention and follow-up — she took my phone number and kept me updated when models I was interested in became available. Rim made me feel valued as a customer, even after I left the store. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out and made the trip from New York to Boston worthwhile.   Drove 2 hours here to look for a watch for my birthday, finally arrived; only to be completely ignored.. I was the only client in the store, and the entire staff was on their phones talking amongst eachother. I’m a huge watch nerd so I started telling my son about how Tourbillon’s work, how hard ceramic is to work on, the history of omega and all the other brands.. Did that in front of multiple employees across many of the prestigious brands.. Eventually after they could see the dissatisfaction in my face they eventually asked if I needed help but at that point I was already turned off from the service here… Sad, as they have some incredible inventory/brands
