  I would like to share my fantastic experience at Bucherer 1888 at Copley Place in Boston. Darin was very friendly, personable, and professional. Bucherer 1888 did not have any of the pieces I was looking for. Darin did not try to persuade me to buy anything else. She noted down the watches I wanted. To my surprise, Darin called my days later and informed that one of the watches I wanted had arrived. Thank you Darin for a wonderful experience.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, never pushy, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Buying a luxury watch is a significant purchase, and having someone who is honest, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do makes all the difference. Purchasing my first Rolex was a major milestone for me, and Darin made the entire process feel special, seamless, and completely stress-free. Over the months, I would regularly check in with her regarding availability, and she was always quick to respond, thoughtful in her communication, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right watch.   Frank and Lea at Bucherer were absolutely wonderful to work with. They took the time to get to know my husband and me, understand our interests, and share their knowledge in a way that was both informative and genuinely helpful. At no point did we ever feel pressured or rushed, which made the experience especially enjoyable. After our visit, we did some additional research and followed up with a few pieces we were interested in. Months later, Frank reached out to let us know he had gotten in something special that I really wanted, and as timing would have it, it turned out to be an incredible Mother’s Day gift. We’re so grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism Frank and Lea showed throughout the process. We’re looking forward to a long relationship with them and highly recommend working with them.
