  Stopped in to get fitted and find the right outfit for my rehearsal dinner this fall. Johnny and his team did a terrific job laying out all my options and offering their candid thoughts based on my preferences. Definitely recommend them if you need the right fit for a special occasion.

  5 stars isn’t enough. Beyond impressed. Dyrelle at Bonobos in the Prudential Center is the man. This guy should honestly own his own store. This store should be called Bonobos, brought to you by Dyrelle. From the second I walked in, he gave me what felt like a luxury concierge service. I originally came in last minute looking for a suit for my rehearsal dinner, and he absolutely nailed it. The fit, the look, the entire experience was perfect. Then, five days before my wedding, I picked up the black tuxedo I had rented from Men’s Wearhouse and it was terrible. I was panicking. With almost no time left, I went straight back to Dyrelle. He was as calm as could be. No stress, no pressure. Just, “We’ll get you right.” And he did. He got me into a tuxedo that I actually felt great wearing for my wedding. What really blew me away was the follow through. Dyrelle texted me later that day just to make sure I was happy. He also personally followed up with me to reassure me that my suit was going to be delivered in time. In today’s age, you just don’t expect that level of personal service from someone working for a giant brand. Dyrelle acts like his last name is on the front of the building, and that is so refreshing. He takes ownership of the entire experience and genuinely cares about the person walking out the door. He knows exactly what he’s doing, genuinely cares about how you look, and makes the entire process effortless. If you’re shopping at Bonobos in Boston, ask for Dyrelle. Period. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
