  A moment of praise for Eva. They took the time to assist me with finding a frame for my sister’s bridal shower gift. We began with trying to find a simple frame. Unfortunately, the matting didn’t quite fit. Instead of rushing me along, they discussed custom options instead. While I have worked in sales and know about upselling, at no point did I feel pressured. Options were presented, and I was allowed space to breathe. They have an amazing spirit and energy about them. And their red hair ribbons emphasized that! They are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about the customer and their work. I truly appreciated all of your help! Managers/corporate, give them a raise! Their customer service was truly ASTONISHING!

  I mean I love going to Blick's. I go here a lot. They have pretty much everything I want and things I don't even know I want yet. The employees are helpful and seem to love their place of work. they provide great recommendations.

  This Blick has a gem of an employee named Holly that should be highlighted and promoted. As someone who was getting into professional watercolors and wanted to upgrade my materials, my friend and I were lost by the vast options. This is where we met one of the associates, Holly. She offered to help right away and listened to my artistic goals and what I was looking for in store to make them happen. Her personality lit the room up and she made the entire experience fun but also empowering! She answered every single question, walked us through every material I was interested in buying, and gave her honest opinions each time. We never felt rushed, and it felt like I was shopping with a knowledgeable art bestie who wanted to see me thrive! This kind of customer service is rare, and someone like her NEEDS to be rewarded/promoted/praised. She is the BEST!

  I came here with my friend to look for an upgrade in supplies as she starts to get into serious painting more. Then we met Holly! She was so helpful and spent an HOUR helping us choose brushes, paints, palettes and paper (and other supplies we needed along the way!!) She knew so much about every product we pointed out and walked us through the whole brush section after my friend explained what type of art she makes and her current needs with brush strokes. Holly had recommendations for each type of brush and even compared them with us! This type of service was amazing and made my friend and I feel so welcome. If you're going to Blick and need help with the details of different products OR if you're someone who gets anxious asking questions, please go to this location and see if you can work with her. We asked so many questions and she answered every single one and we felt comfortable whole time. We're already talking about what supplies to get next time! Thank you again for everything, Holly! I hope everyone gets the relaxing and exciting experience that we had at this place yesterday 😊
