DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a disposable vape from this place. It will break after a couple of hits, specifically the OZONE brand is absolute trash.

Ascend charges a 2nd sales tax on exchanges/returns. When you receive credit on a defective item, you are only getting credit for the value of the item and not the tax you already paid. That’s why they mysteriously charge money for even exchanges. I urge people to do the math and make sure they are receiving credit for the item purchase amount plus the tax they paid on that item. This has happened to me before, but a few days ago I pushed the issue at the New Bedford MA location and received a response that I was right. I sincerely feel the owners of this company purposely configured the system to work like this. The employees are just doing their job but I have a calculator and I know how to use it.
I arrived in Boston before the person I was traveling with, so I stopped in Ascend. The young woman at the entrance was polite and kind. When she noticed I had a suitcase, she told me there was an elevator I could use.
When I walked inside the actual dispensary, it seemed like there was an unstable woman with trash bags full of belongings causing a scene. It turned out the unstable woman was actually either an off duty employee or just didn’t have a uniform. She was scream talking at the other employees (who seemed uncomfortable), acting erratically, and standing in front of the elevator access panel. After waiting awhile for her to move, I asked to press the button on the panel behind her. She very condescendingly told me it was an employees elevator (the dispensary proper is upstairs). She started side eyeing me too and the other employees wouldn’t make eye contact with me, so I had to carry my suitcase upstairs. Not a huge deal, but it was such a rude/odd interaction from beginning to end.
Then I was trying to use the kiosk to order, and some third party sales man interrupts me to force his sample gummies on me (no-CBD or THC, just gummies). He kept going on and on, I just wanted to order and leave.
On top of all that, the Ozone vape I got stopped heating the oil with 50% left.
I would not recommend this place to anyone with disabilities, because there is no way for you to access the actual dispensary and you will be treated poorly for inquiring.
I do not recommend this place for anyone who wants a safe and professional environment.
I do not recommend this place for anyone who wants to buy products guaranteed to work.
Worst dispensary experience I’ve ever had (out of like 20/25).
