I had a very disappointing experience at Alo Yoga. The customer service was awful. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and were not knowledgeable or willing to assist with basic questions. When I needed help, I felt completely ignored and unsupported. For a brand that promotes a premium shopping experience, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, this left me frustrated, and I would not recommend this store based on the level of customer care I received. :::

Visited the store and brand for the first time on Friday. Sam, the Sales Manager, made the experience super easy and honestly quite fun! He helped answer all the dumb questions I had, as well as listened to what I was saying. For example, I made a small comment about needing new gear for lifting at the gym, Sam came in clutch and recommended a pair of shoes that he thought I would enjoy. My gym shoes are over a year old so hurray! Sam is an excellent representative of the brand, y’all should shower him with love and praise. I’ll definitely coming back to this location since I work nearby, need to get me some of those Double Take sweatpants after wearing the hoodie and short sleeve shirt over the weekend.

It's frustrating to go to the ALO store. You arrive at the store and sometimes you don't have something in mind to buy, you just want to feel the fabric, look at the models and from there take what most aroused your desire. As an online customer I know what's in the app and the collection, and I don't buy many things that arouse my attention because I want to go in person. In the store there is not even 1/3 of what is available online, not even in color, much less models and the attendants ask that if I want something, I need to show the photo so they can see if it is at the bottom of the store. Leave empty-handed, because this waste of time of searching online, asking, waiting is not worth it. What could be a good purchase and a good customer experience becomes very frustrating.
