  Please train your new part-timer properly. She did not scan my pickup item, which created a chain of issues when I returned the item at the same store and was unable to get a refund. I went to the store twice to follow up, but the managers were unable to resolve the issue and instead directed me to customer service, even though this problem was caused entirely by store staff. This should not be happening. Please ensure your team follows basic pickup and scanning procedures correctly. Customers should not be required to repeatedly chase down fixes or be redirected elsewhere for mistakes made in-store.

  22 Mar 2026 When I entered the store, I didn't hear anything, but a second later, I heard the lady in front of the store greeted others cistomers. When I left, she said thank you to customer before me and I was listening if she would say anything, and she did not lol. I didn't do anything to her at all. Feel racist. Pls check or educate the curly hair lady i left at 4.30pm. Ps I'm at regular customer to the brand. This is so below average and I can't accept this kind of service from ypur overpriced products.

  Just watched a lovely woman’s video about three of your employees, don’t know which location, laugh at her because she isn't ultra thin. How despicable your employees are. Never shopping with you.
