  To the sales people who thought it was ok to sell 2 left shoes and not give any compensation when we had to rush back before catching a flight….this is by far the worst customer service we have experienced in Boston which is such a shame. Please check before buying anything that what they give you is correct (although for $250 you’d think this would be the job they are paid to do in the store).

  super rude manager or worker (short Asian lady) yelling at customers and being incredibly rude for walking through an unlocked door. Ill be shopping at boylston where workers are always kind.

  Bought a pair of pants earlier today which needed to be pinned up… Annie and Suzanne were SO helpful and spent time out of their day in helping me pin the bottom of my pants so that they weren’t too long. It’s the little things that matter and they were making genuine conversation with me while they pinned my pants. Thank you girls!!!!!!!!!

  Going to visit the store, after reading the comments hesitating … to meet Sofia 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 is that lady still there ? ALO seem not to care much about service in the store lol
