  Hal was fabulous. However the spvsr Kevin Sandberg. Horrible. No customer service experience at all. Holding me responsible for a misunderstanding. Definitely going to move this up. Everyone else was fabulous!!!

  My server was great 9/7/2026 but her coworker was awful!! I don’t know the other young ladies name but shouting sir at me over and over was not cool! Overall wonderful place!

  Never slacking over at Dutchess Cannabis, even back when it was Union Twist. Samuel specifically is such an asset to the team: always polite, friendly, and fun to chat with! I look forward to his presence each & every time and he DOES NOT disappoint. Always tipping, too (as well you all should!)!

  Zeke is always so patient with me when I go through almost every product in the store looking for what I want😅 He always knows exactly what I am looking for before I do and still waits and lets me decide with no judgment or rushing involved.
