  The bud isn’t good anymore and someone literally just chased my boyfriend down for hitting his vape on the way to the car (he was outside). Are you ppl friggin serious?! I’m all done with yall ✌🏼

  They don’t close when they say they do! Had an order ready for pick up before close and they said I couldn’t come in because they close the door 5 minutes before. What’s the point of advertising new hours on the door and closing at 8 if you don’t close at 8? And my order was ready to pick up!

  Despite also being a medical customer I STILL use Dutchess regularly. They have very competitive prices combined with excellent customer service. Highly recommended

  How in God's name can you get a 1g vape cart for $16 and have it actually be good? The prices here are insanely cheap and the product is still GREAT. Not sure what the catch is, but today will be my 5th return back and well.. it's still damn good stuff.

  This place is HORRIBLE…! No respect for their customers and the whole staff seems depressed. I purchased products from here when they use to be Union Twist. The female with the glasses in the Allston store is so rude and talks to you as if you’re beneath her. I told her about herself and her attitude and how do they reward a loyal customer….they banned me from all of Dutchess stores. 😅 Go to a dispensary that value customers. Dutchess is not it! Trash atmosphere. Not even worth 1 star
