  Poor selection, employees dont have a clue what they are selling, bad attitudes all around. Would not recommend.

  Ok, first things first. Even though the location is impossible to find parking at, the level of knowledge and product stock here is unmatched. Bryan and Slim, the guys who run this place have been doing this for a long time. Both know a lot about glass and pretty much everything in the store, like you would expect a great shop manager to. Bryan is a pretty straight forward guy, try not to mention some key words there like Bong. Weed. Water or tobacco pipe is the respectful terminology allowed here. Mentioning illegal substances in a head shop has been a long time taboo. With Massachusetts laws changing for medical marijuana usage so is public opinion but be very careful of what you say here, you may just be asked to leave.

  I love the Indian guy. Always smiling and super great with prices.
