  My wife went in there the other day and made over $400 in purchases on my card but mistakenly got a medium sized garment instead of a small sized one, and needed to return it. When she attempted to do so, they demanded a receipt. Instead of trying to help her find the receipt from the card, they rudely just sent her on her way back to North Bossier. So now I'm having to get my credit card company involved to make the sorry workers there to look up the transaction and produce the receipt so that she can drive 40 minutes back over there to try and return the item. You would think a company that charges so much for their products could afford to have some staff there that would be accommodating to their customers.

  So nice, grandma was having a rough time when we entered because of the harsh sun. The employees were so kind they got us a chair and something for her to drink. They made sure we were okay before we left. Wonderful staff! 💕

  One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. Bre played with our kids and kept them entertained while also helping get cloths and allowed my wife to try stuff on the whole time.

  Drove from Longview, TX to come here! Store is smaller than I was expecting. The fitting room attendant went above and beyond, very friendly and personable. Excited to wear my new workout clothes! Would love a lulu in East Texas without having to drive to Dallas or Shreveport :) Edit: they moved to the bigger store and it’s amazing!
