- TTTruthful Reviews (Truth)2 days ago1.0I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current in-store presentation at Lane Bryant, as I believe the professional image of the brand does not consistently meet expectations. I have observed instances of attire that I feel are inconsistent with the brand's aesthetic, which stands in contrast to the high standards previously maintained by Lane Bryant. I would appreciate it if you would consider enhancing the brand's presentation to ensure a more polished and professional shopping experience for your clientele.
- TGTyie Gaines5 days ago4.0The people there are super nice, the I lay thing that isn't nice is the price, I'm a 44H bras are so expensive. Why are women's stuff expensive. Anyways, they have cute options but besides the price it's really nice there.
- TJTasha JJul 23, 20265.0Good selection, and very helpful staff! The most stress free bra shopping I have ever done!
- TEtometria edwardsJul 13, 20261.0I made my Lane Bryant credit card payment a few days before it was due, as I always pay my bills ahead of time. After three months, I noticed I had been charged $86 in late fees. When I called Lane Bryant about it, I was told that paying too early caused the late fees. The customer service representative said they couldn’t waive them. I decided to close my account due to this poor customer service. If I wasn’t paying my bill, I could understand, but this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a Lane Bryant credit card, and I refuse to pay these excessive late fees. It’s ridiculous.
