- DWDesteny WilliamsFeb 8, 20261.0Sunday operating hours are listed as 12–6 PM CST. However, when I arrived at the Mansfield Rd location, I was denied service — it appeared the workers were just arriving themselves. I ended up standing outside while employees walked around inside. One employee even came to the door, spoke to me through the glass, and said they were not open yet. I pointed to the posted hours showing 12 PM CST, and he simply walked away. This was very inconvenient. If your store is scheduled to open at a certain time, customers should not have to wait while staff are just getting settled. Situations like this prevent customers from receiving the full advertised shopping time. I was given Mr. Phillip, the district manager’s number, to report this. We spoke, and he stated he would rectify the situation. Overall, I’m disappointed in the customer service I experienced today (2/8/26).
