- CHCY HsuMay 27, 20261.0Very bad experience. On 5/18 around 2:00 PM. I am an Asian scientist visiting New Orleans for a scientific event. I stood in front of the counter for over 15 minutes. Finally, the clerk briefly spoke to me once, but I was still largely ignored afterward. I felt that the staff were far more interested in helping another white family who appeared wealthier. Thankfully, a friendly staff member at another store (Riverside Outlet) kindly introduced the product to me, even though he was busy. That is what I call real service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

Called the store they were bought at and the corporate office and both said it shouldn't be a problem. For some reason Canal Place couldn't handle it. Went to Metairie shop and it was done in five minutes.
