I made a purchase of Maui Jim glasses that I’d walked into the store not intending to buy, strictly to his attentiveness, willingness to assist me ( he gladly agreed to try and straighten out a pair of designer sunglasses I had with me, that were severely unaligned/bent… and succeeded ). Harry EARNED my business and purchase. And my respect. Highly recommended and THANK YOU!

- TRTaray RobertsApr 6, 20221.0I went into Sunglass Hut 2948 on 4/5/22 and was immediately asked if I needed assistance. I replied not at the moment. Low and behold did I realize I was being followed around the store. After browsing for maybe 15 minutes I found a pair of shades I liked. I handed them to the clerk who was two feet away from me because I was being profiled. Oblivious to the fact of the matter, I began to try on some shades. The clerk rushes over and begins to watch my every move. Now there was this display counter in the middle of the floor that I walked around. After browsing around both sides of the counter. The clerk accused me of putting a pair of shades in my bag, a bag that was zipped and on my back. I was more in shock then anything and confused so I replied "huh" he then repeated what he said "I saw you put those shades in your bag through the mirror". So I immediately unzipped my bag and proceeded to show him that "the shades he saw me put in my bag" were not in my bag. He then apologized and said well I must've heard your bag hit the counter and thought you drop some shades in your bag. Then he began to explained to me how someone came into the store last week an attemped to shoplift a pair of shades which had nothing to do with me, the experience I should have had and the experience should not have had during my visit. Looking back at the situation I am completely appalled and extremely offended by this experience. I truly wish I could take back me patronizing this business.
