- TLTiffany LewissMay 2, 20265.0I’ve been in town for the past two weeks for a festival and conference, and after unfortunately losing my luggage when I arrived, I had to buy all new essentials while here. During our stay, my husband and I stopped by the Steve Madden store at the Riverwalk to find shoes for both the festival and my conference and I have to say, the experience was AMAZING. I was first helped by the store manager, who was not only professional but also hilarious and so easy to talk to. She picked out the perfect heels for my conference. Meanwhile, a young associate named Chyron assisted my husband and provided excellent service. My husband even joked with him about sharing the same name as my father, which made the experience even more memorable. We ended up going back multiple times during our trip, including today (our last day), to grab last-minute gifts for our son and daughter. Every single visit, the team went above and beyond but today especially stood out. The staff truly “tag-teamed” to help us, remembered us by name, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Customer service like this is rare. Whoever is training this team deserves major recognition because they are doing an outstanding job. This store has an incredible group of associates who truly know how to connect with their customers and deliver a top-tier experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful and found just the shoes she wanted. The inventory was large with a lot of shoes to choose from and all of the popular sizes. We had a nice experience and were in and out quickly.
