  Decent auction house the only thing I would recommend is being a phone bidder or being present. I lost a lot due to bidding online and the my bid was tied to another bidder; but I did manage to get the lamp I wanted. Everything has its reasons so just going to go blow some money elsewhere. Their bidding platform needs an overhaul if they were in it for the money, but do enjoy the random trips to nola to pickup bought items vs having everything shipped.

  I am obsessed with Neal Auction gallery and have been watching, buying and coming to N.O.s often to take part in the fun. I’m never disappointed with their inventory (only losing out on pieces I really want,) or the diligence they show in creating a fair and efficient auction experience.

  This house is not new to the dance by any means. With that said, you simply read ask questions and follow directions. Plus the house becomes rather sharp on how your offering is going to go so just realize it and appreciate professionalism. Marney has always been very helpful regarding art and the plan, as are other area specialists. Many more titles after their names than most of us could ever attain.
