  This was my first visit to a Grand Seiko boutique, and I wasn’t initially planning on purchasing a Grand Seiko. I was also dressed very casually, but Richard welcomed me with a warm smile, offered refreshments, and patiently walked me through every model I was interested in seeing. What stood out most was his professionalism and kindness. At no point did I feel judged or pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and provide an excellent experience. While I ultimately didn’t make a purchase due to my personal preferences, I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service. Richard is a great representative of the brand, and I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the store. Hopefully, I’ll have the opportunity to purchase a Grand Seiko from him in the future.

  Our salesman Kendra was TOP NOTCH! She helped us in store and by text, we came back after deciding on the perfect watch for our son and she helped us through it all.

  Came in a couple weeks ago, and I was being Helped by Alex, he showed me a few watches and had alot of knowledge about the grand seiko. It was a dream to own one, never to have even thought to have being able to try a few on, and one being the one I've always wanted. Unfortunately I didn't get it, but I found something even perfect for myself with his help. I made the purchase and he wrapped it with a Furoshiki, wich was fun learning. Thank you so much Alex! I really enjoy my purchase, and very happy for your service. I will be back again and hope to make another purchase from you again. Mel
