  Harder and harder to find decent brands.. brands you’ll find are Walmart, target, and SHEIN. Not looking for that.. those type of clothes are already low quality and cheap. Workout brands you can find Lululemon and Nike.

  When the business first opened, I was a regular visitor and enjoyed coming here. However, it appears that the service quality has declined over the past year. I experienced a notable instance where a large basket of clothes was processed within 15 minutes, and I received a notification. There's no way they went through that in 15 minutes and inspected the clothes in that amount of time. Although the clothes were initially clean and folded with care, they were not presented in the same manner when I collected them. I suggested that the staff could benefit from additional training to improve customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the focus seems to be on acquiring customers rather than delivering quality service. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing experience I've had.

  Not impressed I had literally brand new clothes NEVER worn before and they bought a couple and they had enough and did buy the others. I had a bunch of name brand name shirts and they told me that they were the same pattern. That was not true and they told me they don't want them. I had called 1 day before I came down there and told them exactly what I had and they told me they were would buy it all so i drove 45 minutes to there location and they did not even 1/4 of what they said they would do they were not honest and in my opinion your word is your bond. This place does not believe in that. Donate to rolling hills they actually help out the local academy.

  I love shopping here but I went in this past Sunday to sell some of my items here and the guy told me it’ll take about 45 minutes to an hour on when it’s ready. Well I thought for sure on when it was ready that they will send out a message saying your items are ready, but they did not. I’m not sure if they do or don’t but it would come in handy big time! So to be sure my items were ready, I called up there to be sure and they told me over the phone that it is. When I went up there, the manager told me it was only a few items they took and asked if I wanted to see the items they took in and I said yeah that’s fine. So the manager told me some of my items didn’t fit in with what they had in stock, then proceeds to check me out so I can head on out. Well when I got back home, I looked through my items and they were still folded up on the bottom half of my items. Keep in mind some of the items I had in there is perfect condition and I got some of the items there a while back. I even saw some of the items similar to what I had brought up there to sell.
