- MBMatt BurkartJul 11, 20261.0Lulu might be a premium brand but the experience feels like Walmart. Had a gift purchased for Father’s Day (5/26) and tried to exchange (due to sizing) on 7/2. Not a return for a refund - but an actual exchange and 3 additional outfits purchase. Unfortunately they couldn’t get to yes. The store manager has yet to return an email a week later. Nobody in the store has the ability to make a decision - only to state the actual policy which even they fumbled. Not a big deal - only 3 women shop in our house endlessly at Lulu. Well. They used to. Actually saving the household money based on this one experience. Still getting a 1 star review for the store manager just for ignoring a call and email.

- KDK DOct 11, 20212.0Customer care is hit or miss. Most of the store workers congregate in the back by the dressing rooms and gossip. They’ll admit you to the dressing room and say “just let me know if you need a different size” then they’ll never come back to check on you. It’s kind of comical. As for the clothes that they keep in stock, it seems they only keep one size of each. So if you don’t get there in time to get your size, it will be out. Comfy clothes, though. There were a couple of cashiers that were Uber friendly and personable which I appreciated.
