  I have shopped at Lee Micheal’s for years in Baton Rouge. I’m working in New Orleans. Sunday is my Anniversary. I called Lee Michael’s in Metairie. I talked to David and he held the bracelet I chose for my wife. David thanks for helping me.

  I stopped into this location after reading many positive reviews, hoping to have a similar experience. I was greeted a bit standoffishly at first, but once we started talking, the sales associate was genuinely kind and enjoyable to speak with. The issue came when I asked about Rolex. After they learned I was from out of state, the manager was called over to determine whether my interest could even be registered. I was then lectured that I would never be able to purchase a Rolex from them because their 30-year clients with long purchase histories were more important. I was then questioned about why I was in New Orleans. When I explained why I was visiting, I was told that my reason sounded unrealistic and that another sales associate’s spouse was in the profession I mentioned and could prove my explanation didn’t make sense. At that point, I no longer felt like I was being treated as a genuine customer. I completely understand that Rolex demand outweighs supply and that authorized dealers have to prioritize certain clients. However, there is a difference between explaining an allocation policy and making someone feel unwelcome or dishonest simply because they are from out of state. The sales associate I worked with was wonderful, but my interaction with management left me disappointed. If I were called tomorrow from this location to pick up my dream watch I still would not return.

  Wenda is everything! She guided me through my first luxury watch purchase. She served as an incredible resource; I knew I was in good hands as she demonstrated expert knowledge of brands, designs, materials, mechanisms, value, etc etc. She’s also absolutely charming. Such a lovely experience.

  Cesar was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the features and options available for the Rolex watches I was interested in, making the entire experience enjoyable and informative. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. I highly recommend working with Cesar if you’re considering a Rolex purchase

  Let first tell you that this jewelry show room is by far the best place to purchase very excellent piece of finest jewelry, because I know that I have bought many pieces from them, and I would like to thank Mr.Jose A. For the being my personal jewelry consultant for the many years that I came to visit Lee Michaels, to that I've trusted. I have since moved from Metairie and now resident in California,if ever that I have a chance to be in Louisiana I would drop by to say hello to Mr. Jose! I would definitely recommend this place for buying that special piece for that special person or occasion they have a Very outgoing knowledgeable staff ,too bad they don't have a Lee Michael's in California. I wished it the very best in the future.
