  Blake was exceptional in his attention to detail when it came to helping me pick out a watch for my wedding. He made the whole experience enjoyable without ever feeling pressured. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a watch/jewelry and I can’t wait to return!

  Well, I have to say, Ive never understood why Trades come to the house to gives quotes for work - A/C, fabric installers, etc., then never follow up , return calls, etc. BUT, I'll never understand this : I / we visit this store - twice - and get a hardbound Cartier catalogue, talk with salesman, get their card, send him 2 texts to his number he provided ( to which he never responded to) AND we never got the phone call he had promised to make to us on a certain date after talking to his Cartier rep ( if he ever did). Oh, and the PANTHÈRE DE CARTIER WATCH does come in pink / rose gold just so you know. The rep in NYC was kind enough help us out. Oh well, sorry Lee & esar.... Here's a pic for you:

  I have gone with my friend to get her bracelet fixed two times and she paid $658.00 to repair it. The price was insane to me. Then it broke again a couple days later. She sent it back to have it repaired again and a week later it was broken. I went with her and explained to the staff she just wanted a refund. (She is elderly by the way.) A very tall man who I am assuming is the manager because he did not introduce himself took his hand and pressed into my shoulder explaining he needed to make sure it was the same bracelet when I told him to get his hands off of me. There were at least 12 employees including 2 guards that witnessed this. I'm really still in shock that he put his hands on me. My friend's daughter told me to report him to the police for assault.
