- TJThe JohnsonsSep 24, 20261.0⭐️ 1 STAR — Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a strapless bra online for store pickup on 9/10/26. UPS showed it was delivered to the store on 9/14 and even showed which employee received it. I went to the store that same day and was told it wasn’t there. Days passed with no update. Corporate confirmed it was at the store and received by Tasha, so I called the store AGAIN and asked them to check. Guess what? It was there the whole time. And here’s the kicker: they didn’t even CHECK THE ORDER INTO THEIR SYSTEM until 9/22 — 8 DAYS AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED. 🤦🏾♀️ This completely screwed up my plans because I NEEDED THAT BRA FOR A CONCERT. I even tried to buy another one in-store, but they don’t carry my size there — only online. How does a package sit in your store for 8 days, have an employee listed as receiving it, and nobody thinks to check it in?! Absolutely unacceptable and completely avoidable. Do better, Lane Bryant.
- DJDiamond JohnsonAug 17, 20265.0I got a bra fitting and new bras. The associate Nisha was great. She was patient, caring, & helpful. I was embarrassed about my size. She made me feel comfortable. She did her best to find the perfect match for me. I’m am super pleased with my experience. Thanks Nisha!
