  Excellent customer service first of all. The lady behind the counter lovely and vibrant additude A1 score for her I even called and ask was something in stock. She confirmed that it was I told her to put it up for me. I'm on my way to get it. when I arrived. I asked was she the person I spoke with she said yes and it was sitting right on the side of her neatly folded. But my score was based on the polo section. Directly the polo jeans section only 2 kinds blue and I think white or some other color. That's horrible. It's my fault I usually shop online but I had a funeral to go to the next day so I didn't have time. "Side note" back to the review. If it's a BIG & TALL store it should be big & tall clothes right. I'm seeing POLO JEANS I'M ONLY FOCUSED ON THAT nothing else about the rest of the store I don't even wanna look at it. I want what I want. I'm seeing 36 and 44 and I think one 46. Where is the big and tall? If your gonna do that than just don't sell polo at all. That's the reason for this review. Or maybe it's "AND" Big & Tall if so I'm sorry.

  The new store is a definition improvement from the old store that had the sailing falling in and felt unsafe to walk through at times. The staff remains professional and always happy to help and answer questions. The only downside to the new location is parking can be difficult in the shared parking lot.
