Zero stars. My daughter popped in a few minutes before they closed. She shopped online while on her way since she was cutting it close & just needed to try it on. As soon as they saw her carrying an article of clothing to the dressing room, they rolled their eyes & made comments. She felt like garbage after that & it ruined the rest of her time in New Orleans. Their sales team definitely let their real selves shine that day. What a shame.

Cass Castle was so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to find clothes that fit me and my style. I’ll def be back!

Poor service, was ignored in store and at checkout. The associates need better leadership and training when working with the public, specifically retail.

My mom and I came in to browse not long after the store opened (about two weeks after they opened their doors), and the treatment we received from the associates was absolutely atrocious. Specially, the treatment towards my dark-skinned, black mother. Not only did they ignore her despite greeting me, but two associates (one heavy-set and one with fake baby bangs) followed her around the store as if she were going to steal, not even trying to hide the fact that they were watching her, shooting her hateful, disgusted looks in the process. This is especially disgusting to see because the associates in question were also dark-skinned black women, treating my mother with the same BS colorist attitude black shoppers put up with and, being black themselves, they should know better. And I KNOW this was a color issue because, not only am I light-skinned, but I was also the one carrying the giant shopping bag from another store, which would've made it FAR easier for me to commit theft. The same associates that were pleasant to me were treating my mother as if she were a common criminal. My mother didn't even have her PURSE on her. The way my mother was treated at this store infuriates me to no end. This kind of shameful behavior stems from an ignorant, hateful mentality that these associates should be MORE than familiar with facing on a personal account. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
