  I had some issues with ordering an arrangement online, was charged twice. Received a call the following morning from a lady (can't remember her name). She was very nice and told me she would take care of it. The morning of delivery, I received a call from Kristi regarding the time of my delivery. They called the business to make sure my recipient was going to be there when arrangement was delivered. They were told she was only working half a day. Kristi then called me to inform me and worked it out to where it will be delivered to Bay St Louis, MS before she leaves for the day. I dont even know what the arrangement will look like but from my interactions with these two ladies, I know my recipient will enjoy it. They have already gone out of their way to make sure my order was correct and I thank them. Great customer service!!!!

  What an amazing experience and product. A very close friend of mine was in the hospital and I wanted to send something special, so I thought, let's try Edible. I found most of what I wanted online but really didn't want to order that way. So I called and spoke to a young lady at the shop (sorry, I didn't write down her name), and she was so helpful. I had a bunch of questions to set my mind at ease. I called back later and spoke to a different young lady (again, sorry I didn't get her name either), and she was also very helpful and pleasant. I placed the order, and later that day I called a third time just to triple check everything was going to be delivered on time. It was very important to me. Again I spoke to the original young lady from my first call, and she was still so pleasant and assured me everything was on schedule. And it was. It was delivered to my friend in the hospital, and it was beautiful. She was so excited and happy, she FaceTimed me so I could see it. I was only sorry I couldn't be there with her to devour it. It looked delicious, and she said it truly was. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and the service was second to none. I hope I never need to send another gift to a hospital, but if I do, I would absolutely choose this place again.

  They have the best selections and always have the freshest fruit & beautiful flowers. All thier arrangements are perfect for whatever the occasion.

  Although her first name is Lana, there's no doubt in my mind that her middle name is "PROFESSIONALISM". One of the better customer service experiences I've ever had. Im looking forward to future orders

  Just walked in for dessert after lunch. Bought a paper cone filled with chocolate covered strawberries. It was delicious! Just wished the counter boy was a people person...he made me feel awkward...and that's pretty difficult to do. So cudos?
