  What an amazing experience and product. A very close friend of mine was in the hospital and I wanted to send something special, so I thought, let's try Edible. I found most of what I wanted online but really didn't want to order that way. So I called and spoke to a young lady at the shop (sorry, I didn't write down her name), and she was so helpful. I had a bunch of questions to set my mind at ease. I called back later and spoke to a different young lady (again, sorry I didn't get her name either), and she was also very helpful and pleasant. I placed the order, and later that day I called a third time just to triple check everything was going to be delivered on time. It was very important to me. Again I spoke to the original young lady from my first call, and she was still so pleasant and assured me everything was on schedule. And it was. It was delivered to my friend in the hospital, and it was beautiful. She was so excited and happy, she FaceTimed me so I could see it. I was only sorry I couldn't be there with her to devour it. It looked delicious, and she said it truly was. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and the service was second to none. I hope I never need to send another gift to a hospital, but if I do, I would absolutely choose this place again.

  They have the best selections and always have the freshest fruit & beautiful flowers. All thier arrangements are perfect for whatever the occasion.

  After receiving an arrangement as a birthday gift we decided to check out the location today that created/delivered the order. We have had items/gifts before from other locations, but the quality, though good, just was not the same as this one. When we walked in the woman was available right away and offered us free samples. Since we had already experienced and enjoyed the strawberries, I tried the pineapple/chocolate and my husband tried the banana/chocolate. We purchased a mixed box of 12 (which we hand selected) and 2 of their individual cheesecakes. Everything was perfectly packaged, fresh and delicious! We 100% will be ordering a party platter/mixed tray from them when we have summertime company to enjoy poolside.

  Fruit is small bitter and definitely not worth the price. The order was ready for pickup but half of the straw were small and unripe. At 5 bucks each they should be using premium fruit. Half of my strawberries were the size of grapes. They used to have large ripe sweet strawberries a few years ago but it has changed. I wouldn't recommend spending a ton of money at edible arrangements since you can get better quality off the shelf at Sam's club but not the variety. I definitely do not recommend this location.

  Although her first name is Lana, there's no doubt in my mind that her middle name is "PROFESSIONALISM". One of the better customer service experiences I've ever had. Im looking forward to future orders
