  The Flower Shop of Lake Charles never disappoints! The flowers are always gorgeous, the arrangements are thoughtfully designed, and the customer service is exceptional. I love that there’s something for every occasion, from birthdays and anniversaries to “just because” bouquets and plants. It’s one of those local businesses that truly makes the community feel special. Highly recommend!

  I’m in Dallas and wanted to send my sympathy and love to a friend who lost her husband. I wasn’t sure about flowers because sometimes they don’t show up the way the pictures look. I reached out to The Flower shop and they were so kind and understanding. They made sure I saw the bouquet before it left for delivery. I can’t give you enough praise for your Amazing customer service. Your bouquets are beautiful and definitely worth more than 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you caring.

  Super helpful and kind. I couldn't be with my Mom for her 91st birthday, but Austin was great explaining things to me. Thanks for helping the celebration!
