  I bought my daughter in law a ring made with all of their 7 children's birth stones, it turned out amazing!! She loved it and has recived so many compliments on it. Super talented and fine ladies they are.

  I literally never write reviews for places because I find it pointless. However, this experience was horrible. About a month ago I went in to get a chain soldered that had broke, it was sterling silver and they told me it’d be $40. They also only gave me four dollars for a gold plated sterling silver bracelet I had which is fine. I don’t even care, however, they took about a week and a half maybe two weeks to get back to me about the chain being ready. OK sounds good, I go up and pick up the chain. The day after I put the chain on and it immediately fell off and broke. I looked at it and it looks to be the same place they had originally soldered it. I’ve been very busy for the past month so I was just able to call in yesterday and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. And that they don’t offer warranty on Sterling silvers chains. that sounds good, but nobody made me aware of any of this. They did offer me a receipt., no I did not take it but again they did not make me aware verbally that if it broke, they would not be able to do anything about it. I asked what if it broke in the same place y’all so say soldered it, would y’all not be able to fix it? they said no they would have to charge again. whether or not you think this is right I think it is insane that I paid $40 for a thin sterling silver chain to be soldered because it was important to me and I didn’t even get to wear it before it broke and I was offered nothing but to pay $40 again in return.
