  I spent $90 on chocolates and fruit, plus an extra $10 for a birthday cupcake and candle to go on top. I placed the order about 3.5 hours in advance because it was for my friend’s birthday. When I got there, the order was already late, and no one had contacted me to let me know. Then they told me they couldn’t put the cupcake on the arrangement because it didn’t have icing. I’m not sure why, with 4 hours to prepare the order, that couldn’t have been figured out beforehand. The employee basically asked, “Do you just want the plain cupcake on the side?” So I guess that was the only option. We tried the cupcake, and it was horrible. I also wasn’t refunded the extra $10 I paid for it. Overall, really disappointing service, especially considering how much I spent. There was no one else there when I arrived, so I also don’t understand why the order was 30 minutes late.

  Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service. I ordered the Riveting Roses & Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries bouquet for $59.99, expecting a fresh, vibrant arrangement like the one advertised. Instead, I received flowers with a rose that was visibly wilted, browned, damaged, and deteriorating. I have photos clearly showing the condition in which the flowers were received. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have made multiple attempts to request a refund and have not received a response from the manager. Ignoring a customer after delivering a product in unacceptable condition is not how a business should handle a legitimate complaint. I paid for fresh flowers not damaged, dying ones. At this point, I am simply requesting a full refund and basic accountability. I would not recommend this location based on my experience with both the quality of the product and management’s lack of communication.

  Edible arrangements LAKE CHARLES is horrible!!! One person working the entire store, answering phones taking orders and making the orders!! Paid over $100 for something thrown together (literally)!!!

  Great Customer Service made my order special for me (mixed bananas and strawberries)! That was a big thing for me it’s the small things I’ll definitely be returning always a great atmosphere 🤍
