- ABAlec BeatyJun 28, 20261.0I ordered a pair of $500 prescription ray ban sunglasses and stopped by here to have a very slight adjustment done so they’d fit perfect. I told the employee, Bee Jay, I just needed an adjustment and she grabbed my glasses and started heating and bending them while talking to another customer, without ever even asking me what I needed adjusted. She then handed them back to me adjusted the exact opposite of what I wanted. I told her and she snatched them again and started bending them, still without ever asking me a single question or even looking at what she was doing. After the second “adjustment” they were completely deformed, completely unwearable. She then carried on for 10+ minutes about how the other customers she was talking to were trying to rob her. I’ve now been to two other, more professional glasses places where the employees have all taken pictures of my glasses that are shaped in a way they wouldn’t fit any human face even a little because they can’t believe it. I’m having to pay someone to try to completely reshape my glasses back to normal with no guarantees they will ever be right again. Run, do not walk away from this place. Update: I just returned to the store and the same person, Bee Jay, was the only one working. I explained what happened, she said maybe they can order me new frames but Melissa the manager will need to sign off. She then said she wants to take a picture of them “for her defense.” So she clearly has no intention of helping me and is only interested in her own defense. Melissa, I’ll be by on Tuesday to address this issue. The lenses are prescription so I just need undamaged frames and will use my current lenses. Update: the store responded to this review with a customer care form to fill out and I submitted it. I’ll be in on Tuesday to hopefully close this loop.
