  This has been the worst experience of my life: they completely ruined my Mother's Day, as well as my mom's. I would never buy edible arrangements again. I placed an order for my mom on May 7th, scheduled for delivery on Mother's Day. I started calling the store at 2:00 p.m. to find out when the order would be delivered; they told me it had already gone out with the delivery driver, but that they couldn't give me an exact time. I waited until 7:00 p.m., but the order never arrived. I called again, and they told me they would contact the driver to see what had happened and that they would call me back. I waited until 7:52 p.m. for that call, but they never called me back. So I called *again*, and this time they told me the order had been left behind at the store and that the driver was returning to the location to pick it up and deliver it. I asked how long that would take, and they replied: 45 minutes or more. They said they were sorry—that it was their fault for forgetting the order. At that point, I decided to cancel the order; if they finally delivered it between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m., my mom would already be asleep—assuming they even managed to deliver it at all. They seem to believe that a simple "I'm sorry" is enough to make up for the terrible day they put me through and the distress my mom suffered while waiting for her Mother's Day surprise—a surprise that, due to their incompetence, never arrived. They strung me along with lies all day, making me believe my mom would receive her order at any moment—something that, in reality, never happened. I placed the order well in advance precisely to ensure that these kinds of mishaps wouldn't occur; my mom's house is only 15 minutes away from the store. Yet, the service provided by absolutely every employee was truly abysmal.

  I received a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries that were ordered by my daughter, who lives out of state, for Mother's Day and the strawberries were so small and they didn't look like they were not a fresh batch. It was surprising to me considering it was a special day for many mothers. I'm sure it wasn't worth the price.
