  They charged us five dollars for each cookie and they were about the size of two of my thumbs put together and they didn’t even taste good

  Well I walked in with a smile on my face as I have every day that I leave my house. I walked in and said do you have anything gluten free. And she said NO. IN A VERY UGLY WAY. HONEY ALL FRUITVIS GLUTEN FREE. WHILE CHILDREN WERE IN TGE KIRCHEN CUTTING UP. WASTED 20. Dollars for my son.

  I live in another country and was at first apprehensive if I could order online and be sure of delivery. I was pleasantly surprised as to how convenient the entire process of ordering was and my friend was so happy with the surprise!! Thank you Edible Arrangements for making it simple and easy.. not to forget, pretty and tasty too!!!

  I ordered a Mother’s Day edible arrangement at 11:49 am on 5/8/26 to be delivered same day to my friend in the hospital who just had a baby. Lafayette General is considered a business and business deliveries are supposed to be delivered by 5:00pm. I called at 7:57pm to inquire about the delivery due to them closing at 8:00pm. I was told the delivery would be picked up soon. The order was not delivered to the hospital until almost 9:00pm! The order was missing the “Happy Mother’s Day” balloon and the fruit was not fresh. So basically I had to call my friend to explain what it was “supposed to be” and send her a picture of what it was “supposed to look like”. I paid extra for same day delivery. I contacted the store twice and was put on hold until I hung up. The second time I called I was told the owner is out of the country so I will have to call back in a week. What kind of customer service is this? I am very displeased with the service and I did not get what I paid for. So if you are ever stuck between sending flowers or edible arrangements, send the flowers and save yourself the disappointment. Update 5/30/26 I contacted the store and had to wait 2-3 days to hear from the store manager because apparently she is never there. When I did speak with her she still never apologized and refused to refund me for my order. I even told her about the missing ballon, old fruit, late service, the review and the response from the company. She claimed she couldn’t see it. I then emailed the company and attached this screenshot. All they do is run to bad reviews and apologize and say they will give you a full refund to make people think they care but they don’t care and I still have not been refunded. It’s all a lie and you still have to play the cat and mouse game to keep getting more excuses. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
