- EPElena PNov 8, 20241.0Used to love this location but my last 2 experiences have not been pleasant and it’s because of the same associate who is unpleasant. I’m not sure if he is a manager or not and idk his name bc he never has a name badge on. This gentleman has an attitude and is unfriendly. I came in to return 2 online orders and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He literally did not say one thing to me and was just overall rude. His whole demeanor was not it. I don’t need you to look at me stupid, roll your eyes and talk down to me. This is the reason people shop online nowadays. Also, on a side note, Aerie should never have been taken out of this location but whatever.

Was told thats there policy! All the teenage workers do not understand the unsafe consequences of this! The buckle has better quality jeans and i can see the dressing room! No more AMERICAN EAGLE FOR US!
