The Employees are Not welcoming. Burlington carries the same brands at better prices. Go away NOW!! Be gone.

When I get to check in I noticed the cashier has asked the customer in front of me if she interested in signing for rewards and then my turn the cashier name Sylvia just asked me if I would like to pay by cash or credit and I mentioned about the rewards , it’s Nordy Club and I notice she looks like she doesn’t know what is it about. I been shopping at Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack for a while and I’m kind of surprised that the staff doesn’t know about the company rewards programs
