I came into Rhiner's Jewelers to look at Pandora bracelets and charms. I couldn't have been more pleased with Rachael and her service. After patiently looking through many bracelets, she found one to fit my wrist and a great charm also. Excellent service and staff. I believe that I have found my one Jewelry store. I recently inherited a wedding set from my uncle. Along with the rings I had an appraisal letter that was done by this same jeweler and it stated that the set was worth 13,000.00. Again, Rihners Jewelers did the appraisal!! My uncle gave me this set and told me to do what I wanted with it, so with the economy I had a bill to pay off. So I went back to the same jeweler that gave the appraisal. They took the ring, called me three days later and offered me 1,000.00!!! I realize that the market has changed but I was expecting at least 6 thousand. How can you go from 13 thousand down to 1 thousand?? I asked them if they took my diamonds and replaced them with glass. I’m taking it to another jeweler and if I get offered more I will post it Not fair at all

I went in to have my jewelry cleaned it came out looking new I decided to return and have my earrings cleaned upon my return I purchased my 1st Le Vian necklace as birthday gift to myself. Everyone made me feel so welcomed. I left feeling like I met some new friends. Exceptional Customer Service. Go stop by for a visit their selection of jewelry is amazing.
