    I have gotten several pieces there. They made a 3 diamond wedding band for our 30th anniversary using my original diamond. I get so many compliments on it. It is an eye catcher! Several weeks ago I brought a picture of a sapphire & diamond cross that I had seen & liked. Marie found the perfect one for me at a show she attended. It is exactly what I would have picked for myself. It is beautiful! Y’all know my taste (& budget) so well! Thank Y’all!

    Marie and her staff are always super helpful. I always find plenty pieces for my wishlist. They have a wonderful selection. My jewelry repairs are always done in a timely manner. Rihners offers superior customer service.

    To put it simply, the folks at Rihner’s are good people. I brought in my grandfather’s old cheap Timex watch, something a lot of people probably wouldn’t waste their time on, but Rihner’s put in the time and effort to take care of it. After a cleaning and removing a few links, it fits like a charm and helps me feel closer to my late grandfather. Can’t thank them enough.

    I have to start by saying the people here are so nice! I brought 2 rings in to be resized, one to be smaller, one to be bigger. When I picked them up, the rings fit fine but once I got home and I cooled off from the heat, one of my rings felt a little looser than i liked. So I called the next day and they sized it down again with no problems! Now my ring fits perfect! And you cant even tell my rings had any work done. The jeweler even came out to make sure it fit right this time. Overall, customer service is amazing and the work they do is amazing. I live in Luling and was happy to make the drive to Gretna because great customer service is hard to find. I would give 10 stars if i could!

    I could not have been more pleased when I needed my wedding ring resized. These people are completely competent, fair, friendly...and local! All you could ask from a jeweler. Whenever I need jewelry or a skilled jeweler, this will bey first step.
