  I don't know what the one reviewer was talking about but this place is great! The tall guy is always friendly. And the ladies are always quick to ask if we need help. Maybe the other person was having a bad day because everyone I know says what a diverse and friendly environment it is, as well as being tidy! Ross, take notes! LOL

  This was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. While checking out, I clearly told the associate how much I wanted to pay with my card. Instead of doing her job professionally, she loudly announced in front of other customers that I “didn’t know the amount on my card,” which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. When I calmly told her that her comment was rude, she refused to take accountability and instead started playing the victim to other customers. When the manager, Chris, came over, the situation only got worse. He didn’t ask for my side at all and chose to side with his employee immediately. Even more unacceptable, he and multiple associates laughed while I was trying to address the issue. I was not yelling or using any inappropriate language—I was simply speaking up for myself—yet I was accused of “causing a disturbance.” When my sister asked for a simple apology, they refused and acted as if they had done nothing wrong. Chris then rudely asked what I wanted him to do, but his tone made it clear he had no interest in resolving anything professionally. When I asked for contact information for upper management, it took far longer than it should have, as if they were deliberately being difficult. The associate continued laughing, talking about me to other customers, and even clapped her hands at me when I asked for the names of the employees involved. That behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. To top it off, when I asked Chris if I was a customer, he responded, “I guess,” despite the fact that I was actively making a purchase and have a loyalty account with the store. That response alone shows the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism in that store. My sister and I returned all of our items and left. This store clearly has serious issues with staff training, professionalism, and basic respect for customers. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.
