- KLKevin LASep 12, 20264.0Prices were okay. Limited air conditioning and had floor fans to help. The temperature of the day was 95 degrees. All the other stores in the same area had excellent air conditioning. I hope Belks fixes the AC.
- BMB MSep 9, 20261.09/7/2026.. walked into an empty store. Heard two employee at cosmetic counter, carring on a conversation that I had to look at them and they finally shut up. They were using foul language also. Very unprofessional. Went to the fitting room where I was approached by the cashier there that I had to park my 🛒 cart a certain way. Couldn't take the shoes that I wanted to put on to match with the dress to see how it would look, into the dressing room. Mind you nobody's in the place. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I felt so uncomfortable/ frustrated that I just left the store and went to T.J Maxx.. Worst Shopping experience.
