I wouldn’t buy a toothpick here. By far the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. I purchased a boat from here almost a year ago. I paid them to file with WLF to save me The hassle. A year later I still have not received my title for the boat. When I call they lie and say they filed it. When I call WLF they have no record of them sending it.

Bass Pro Shops is always a great place to stop if you’re into fishing, hunting, camping, or anything outdoors. I recently stopped in and was impressed by the selection of fishing gear and outdoor equipment. They have a huge variety of rods, reels, tackle, fishing line, hooks, bait, camping gear, hunting equipment, and clothing, so it’s easy to spend some time looking around and finding something you need. The fishing section especially stood out to me. Whether you’re after freshwater gear, saltwater tackle, or something for a bigger fishing adventure, they have plenty of options to choose from. This place is a former shell of itself. Business is so bad the restaurant shut down a couple years ago and now is a storage space never to reopen. The area where the fudge is is not even operational anymore Ghost Town every time I walk in there. But I went in there specifically to purchase a firearm today. The two associates behind the counter we’re just waiting for the clock to run down. They could not have been more unhelpful.

ABANDON SHIP 🚢 BIG BOX SHOPPING 🛒 IS DEAD AS DEAD ☠️ NO ONE TO HELP OR ANSWER QUESTIONS! As a lifelong customer it’s done and I will go back to paying a little more for communication, service and simple decency ! There’s no amount of words that can bring about disillusionment to believe we should be treated like this after we built this company!!!! All I got from the 5 year veteran employee upstairs was; this ain’t my department, good luck 😳 the only positive reviews are from young people going here for first time but none of them compliment any customer service 😢 it’s simply a sparkly lure to attract visitors but can’t deliver on fulfilling our customer needs

My 4 year old granddaughter and I go to Bass Pro every Saturday. She loves seeing the fish in the large aquarium. She always has to sit in every boat on the floor.
