When the manager was ask to clarify first the cashier. She started "that it was for pumas only." When I tried to ask a question, she interrupted me and made it sound like she was going to give me the 50% off anyway said, "have a nice day." And walked off.

I was rudely told they couldn’t do an even exchange for a larger pair without a receipt. She didn’t ask for a phone number or anything. Not happy with Covington JCP.
