I have several name brand things in great condition that didn’t even take. They don’t explain anything to you. Honestly they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Will never waste my time on this again.

All of the employees have such a rude attitude and audibly complain when people bring in clothes and will look you up and down. Their customer service feels forced and their phone etiquette is atrocious. You can tell they hate their job. The Hispanic employees will ABSOLUTELY talk bad about the customers in Spanish. I know this because they complained about me for not bringing in my ID to pick up the cash. ($7 for a brand new unused pair of vans).
