All of the employees have such a rude attitude and audibly complain when people bring in clothes and will look you up and down. Their customer service feels forced and their phone etiquette is atrocious. You can tell they hate their job. The Hispanic employees will ABSOLUTELY talk bad about the customers in Spanish. I know this because they complained about me for not bringing in my ID to pick up the cash. ($7 for a brand new unused pair of vans).

The rudest, most unprofessional retail staff I’ve ever experienced. This tells me it’s a management/culture issue. Thankfully, two doors down, the staff and service at Style Encore saved the day. Their staff was Professional, courteous and kind. Don’t waste your time at Plato’s!
